Here is a BRIEF and rearranged summation of what we think about her action after The Clone Wars.

She endure Order 66 and quickly sought total isolation. (suggested in the Ahsoka epic, conceivably going to be appeared in The Clone Wars season 7)

That didn't keep going long however. She couldn't hold on and let honest people endure and clashed with the new Empire and one of their Inquisitors. In the wake of helping inhabitants of a cultivating planet battle against an Imperial occupation, she gets together with Bail Organa. She gets one of the early agents of the Rebel Alliance passing by the name of Fulcrum. (appeared in the Ahsoka tale)

She works as Fulcrum for quite a long time, setting up Rebels Cells, getting insight and supplies, and helping individuals retaliate. One of these Cells was associated with freeing Lothal from the Empire and halting Grand Admiral Thrawn's Tie Defender venture. This Cell was alluded to as Phoenix Squadron and the essential individuals were the team of the Ghost. During her action with the Ghost she met, and dueled, Darth Vader on Malachor. She was accepted dead, yet really made due because of the extra dimensional properties of the Sith sanctuaries present on Malachor. (Renegades end of season 1 forward)

The last we really observe her is not long after Return of the Jedi. She is saved from Malachor and is joining Sabine from the Ghost set for discover Ezra. (Dissidents last scene)

That is it. We hear her voice toward the finish of The Rise of Skywalker yet have no other data with respect to her destiny.
